AION Hyper GT 2025: 710km Range and 1.9s 0-100km/h Acceleration

GAC AION updated its flagship Hyper GT electric sports sedan for 2025, focusing on performance and range improvements. The entry-level model is powered by a 250kW motor with a 76.8kWh battery pack, delivering a CLTC range of 560km, while the long-range version uses a 91.4kWh battery for 710km of range.

The top-of-the-line Hyper SSR version features four electric motors with a combined output of 1225 horsepower, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in just 1.9 seconds—faster than many supercars. The SSR also comes with carbon ceramic brakes and an active rear wing for improved aerodynamics at high speeds.

All 2025 Hyper GT models come standard with AION's ADiGO 5.0 intelligent driving system, which uses 31 sensors including two LiDARs to provide full-scenario autonomous driving capabilities. The interior features a minimalist design with a 14.6-inch floating central control screen and a 23-speaker sound system.
