XPeng G9 2025 Facelift: XNGP 4.0 and 800V Fast Charging

XPeng Motors launched the 2025 facelift version of its G9 mid-size electric SUV, focusing on upgrades to intelligent driving and charging performance. The new model is equipped with the latest XNGP 4.0 full-scenario intelligent driving system, which can achieve point-to-point autonomous driving without high-precision maps.

Powered by an 800V silicon carbide (SiC) platform, the 2025 G9 supports 300kW super fast charging, adding 200km of range in just 5 minutes and charging from 10% to 80% in 15 minutes. The 98kWh battery pack provides a maximum CLTC range of 702km.

Exterior changes include a redesigned front bumper and updated LED headlights, while the interior features a new 14.96-inch 2.5K central control screen with XPeng's latest XOS 5.0 system, supporting voice control for over 90% of vehicle functions.
